To enjoy our ALL SUITES SPORTS rates, the client must present a sports license and a call to a competition, training, or an event at arrival. The offer is bookable on our website via the code ASAHSPORT. In the absence of proof at the arrival, the client agrees to pay the day rate.

The offer also applies to accompanying personnel – managers, referees, medical staff – as part of a group booking. If booking directly with the establishment, the 11th room is offered for free.

For groups, the allocation of rooms on the same floor will be prioritized.

WORK OR RELAXATION – DAY RATE
Day rate available for up to 90 booked days, excluding options not mentioned as included, tourist tax, and services.

The provision of the accommodation is valid only during the day including for bookings of several days. The available times are those indicated in the rate name and vary according to the establishment. Going beyond the scheduled times will result in the charge of an additional night in addition to the day rate.

No provision for the apartment is planned on the day indicated as the departure date.

Cancellation without charge until 11:59 pm the day before arrival.

In case of no-show, late cancellation, or modification, the amount for the first day along with any options mentioned as included in the rate will be charged. An early departure must be reported before 6 pm the day before the next reserved day to avoid its billing.

No prepayment as a guarantee required. However, a credit card number will be necessary for the pre-authorisation of an amount corresponding to the first day of the stay.

The card used for the booking must be presented at arrival. Total payment of the stay will be requested upon arrival.

LONG STAY 4-90 NIGHTS

In the event of a shortened stay of less than 4 nights, the 20% discount on the standard rate is no longer applied.
