In the course of their activities, the companies that form the Pichet Group (hereinafter referred to as the “Group”) collect and process personal data concerning you.
These companies are committed to the protection of your data and have pledged to comply with their practices to the European Regulation 2016/679 on data protection (“GDPR”).
The information below aims to inform you about the types of personal data we collect and the processing we perform, as well as your rights under data protection regulations.
1) Data Controller
As defined in Article 4 of the GDPR, the data controller is the legal entity that determines the purposes and means of processing. Within the Group, the data controller is SAS PROMOTION PICHET with its registered office located at 20-24 avenue de Canteranne, Pessac, and registered in the Bordeaux Trade and Companies Register under the number

SAS PROMOTION PICHET is responsible for the processing operated by all the companies belonging to the Group concerning the personal data of clients and prospects.
2) Personal data that may be collected and the purposes of processing
Personal data is information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. The following data may notably be collected:

3) Destination of your data
The Group is the sole recipient of the personal data collected. The data collected is processed solely by the data controller. In order to fulfil its purposes, it may be transmitted to the Group departments concerned and to employees who have a professional interest in accessing it as part of their duties.
For purely technical reasons, the Group may need to subcontract certain services. In all cases where processing is subcontracted, the Group has established a contractual policy with each of its subcontractors, requiring them to comply with all legal and technical provisions for the protection of your personal data in accordance with the RGPD and prohibiting them from reproducing your data for their own benefit or for the benefit of anyone else. In any event, the Group will remain solely responsible for processing with regard to you.
Accordingly, the Group undertakes not to sell or rent your personal data to third parties without your prior consent.
Data is not transferred outside the European Union. Should we transfer data outside the European Union, we will ensure that the transfer is carried out in a satisfactory and compliant manner in terms of protection, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
In accordance with the laws in force, your data may be communicated to the judicial and administrative authorities on the basis of an official request submitted in the appropriate form.
4) Security of your data
The Group implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to guarantee a level of security appropriate to the risk in terms of the safeguarding, confidentiality and integrity of your data.
5) How long we keep your data
The personal data we collect is kept only for as long as is necessary for the fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes.
In the case of persons with whom we have a contractual relationship, the data is kept for the entire duration of the contract, plus legal and prescription periods.
In the case of prospective customers, data is kept for three years from the date of your last contact (in particular, telephone call, appointment, submission of a form, e-mail, etc.). The Group will delete all your data and will only retain the data necessary to justify the exercise of your rights under the RGPD.
6) Exercising your rights
In accordance with the law, you have the following rights:
- Right of access. You may ask the Group what data has been collected about you and what processing has been carried out
- Right of rectification or deletion. You may ask to correct any data that appears inaccurate. You may also request the deletion of your personal data, unless otherwise provided for by law[1]
- Right to limit processing. You can ask to limit the processing of your personal data
- Right to data portability. You can ask for your data to be returned to you or transferred to another data controller
- Right to object. You may, at any time, object to the processing of your data, unless the data controller can demonstrate the existence of a legitimate or compelling reason. When data is processed for commercial prospecting purposes, the right to object to such processing is absolute. You will be reminded of this possibility during communications linked to our commercial prospecting approach.
The data controller processes requests as quickly as possible and in accordance with legal requirements. In the event of reasonable doubt as to the identity of the person making the request, the data controller may require information to verify the identity of the person making the request.

7) The Data Protection Officer
The Group has a permanent data protection officer (“DPO”), responsible for ensuring compliance with the data protection policy and the exercise of your rights.

8) Cookies policy
When you consult this site (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”), Cookies and other traces are deposited on your computer, your telephone or any other equipment used. The present Cookie Management Policy gives you a better understanding of what a “Cookie” is, how it works and how to configure it.
I. Definition of cookies and other tracking devices

Clearing history, cookies, and browsing data in Safari does not remove the information needed for autofill.
